Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. If two (2) or more responsible and technically acceptable small businesses respond, this acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside; if not, it will be unrestricted. This solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-24 and Defense DCN 20040917. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 6695. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3823. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334513. The business size standard is 500 employees. This request for quotation consists of the following: Item 0001: Hart Scientific model 7013 Double Well Bath, temperature range ?100 degrees Celsius to 300 degrees Celsius, with digital controller.
