- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a cost type contract on a sole source basis to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC) in San Diego, CA for operations and maintenance support, including operation and sustainment, logistics management and sustaining engineering, for the Global Hawk Maritime Demonstration program at the Naval Air Warfare Center (NAWC), Patuxent River, MD (Main Operating Base (MOB)). NGSC is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer and support center of the Global Hawk system and is the only firm that possesses the necessary knowledge, experience and technical data required to perform these efforts. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. See Note 22.
