- This is a combined solicitation synopsis. No other solicitation is available. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) requires, on a firm fixed-price basis, 40,000 gallons of heating oil fuel. The fuel will be distributed on as an add need basis to the following two locations: 828 Harmony Hollow Road, Front Royal, VA and 122 Calvary Drive, Front Royal, VA. Quote should be based on price per gallon for the period of October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. Responses will be accepted only from qualified small businesses under North American Industry Classification System code 454311 that has a Small Business Size limit of 500 employees. The following provisions are applicable to this commercial item acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations; (Vendor must furnish Offeror Representations in writing); FAR 52-212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; and FAR 52-212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Status or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. Award will be made to the responsive, responsible vendor meeting the all the requirements above at the lowest price.
