Description: Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Procurement. The Government intends to issue a sole source purchase order for the installation of new computer equipment for base Direct Digital Controls (DDC) for the heating and air conditioning systems to Honeywell, 1140 W.Warner Road, Tempe, AZ 85284-2816. The 55th Contracting Squadron intends to award a purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1 (a)(2). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement was based on market research.
