Description

The solicitation number is FA8601-04-T-0121. THIS SOLICITATION HAS BEEN REVISED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS: 1. Item description has been revised: see below. 2. Response date has been extended: FROM: NOON (Eastern Time) 23 September 2004 TO: 8:00 A.M. (Eastern Time), Saturday, 25 September, 2004 REVISED ANNOUNCMENT: This is a SOLE SOURCE procurement and the purpose of this solicitation is for information only. Responses are due by 8:00 A.M. (Eastern Standard Time), SATURDAY, 25 SEPTEMBER 2004, to the point of contact identified at the end of this notice. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). The proposed source is Miteq, Inc., Hauppauge NY 11788. The proposed contract is for the purchase of 4 each High Speed PCI Bus and Data Acquisition and Control Board. To include: Dual 12-bit 25 MS/S PCI A/D Board with 32/64-bit DMA including Solaris 7/8/9 Driver Package. There are no attachments to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotation received by the due date stated in this notice will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the Government+s discretion. The Government reserves the right not to make an award at all. Responses are due by 8:00 A.M. (Eastern Standard Time), SATURDAY, 25 SEPTEMBER 2004 to: Rachel Hock, 88 CONS/PKSB.
