- The Wisconsin Air National Guard intends to award a commercial sole source purchase order to Dans Overhread Doors and More, 1810 Hwy 965 NW, North Liberty, IA 52317 for repair and modification of four aperture doors. Repair of the doors will accompli shed and preventative maintenance measures will be implemented. North American Industry Classification Code is 238990, Automated and revolving door construction contractors. The maintenance and repair of this door system must be accomplished by an authoriz ed service company from the manufacturer and is the only source. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue an award on an other than full and open competition basis should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the G overnment not to open subject requirement to full and open competition is made in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and is solely at the discretion of the Government. Award is anticipated o/a 24 September 2004.
