Description: THIS IS AN AMENDMENT, AMENDMENT TWO, TO COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION W914NS-04-Q-0223. THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO CLARIFY THE MINIMUM TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT AND THE PACKING PREFERENCE. 1. This is a brand name or equal acquisition again. The requirement is for 1,000,000 each, new Pandrol type 607A Rail Clip Rail or equal. 2. Packing: The preferred method of packing the clips are to palletize containers of the rail clips onto one ton wooden pallets. 3. Due date is extended to 6 October 2004, same time.
