- Description
- The US Government, TACOM-Picatinny, intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with Kigre, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). This effort is for the design, development, fabrication and test support of a pre-prototype Breech Mounted Laser Ignition System for the 155mm Non Line of Sight Cannon (NLOS-C). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. See Note 22.
