Description

Price and Technical Capability were the governing factors in making this award. Twenty-four out of twenty seven prospective vendors submitted successful proposals. Three of the prospective vendors were considered non-responsive for not submitting a proposal on the amendment. Each prospective vendor was technically ranked based on his/her firm?s auditing capabilities and past performance, and past performances of Federal, State, Local and Public contracts, with greater emphases or merits given to Federal Government contracts. Only the top seven strongest technical prospective vendors at that stage of the evaluation were considered for possible award. Award was made to the vendor whose proposal represented the best overall value (Technical ranking + Price) to the Government. The top seven vendors were as follows based on overall value to the Government: Vendor/Price/Technical Ranking - The NCT Group $108,760.00 1st, Regis & Associates $99,653.88 2nd, Dexter Redding $114,400.00 3rd, Bwendolyn K. Turner $128,623.70 4th, Haynes & Associates $158,100.00 5th, Abrams/F/N/Wms $110,625.00 6th, AFR & Associates $115,500.00 7th.
