Description: The USDA, Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS), Cotton Program intends to issue a sole source follow-on contract to Uster Technologies, Inc. contract 54-6395-9-B16. This procurement will extend the maintenance of up to 30 High Volume Classing Instrument (HVI) Systems for a period of one additional year with options for two additional years. This contract will be firm fixed price and is being handled as a commercial item procurement in accordance with FAR Part 12. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The NAICS code is 115111.
