Description: The 89th Contracting Squadron, Andrews Air Force Base, intends to negotiate an 8(a) sole source contract with Link Communications, Inc. for the purchase of a new PA system to be used by personnel at Andrews AFB. The result will be a firm fixed price contract. Negotiations will be conducted using other than full and open competition pursuant to authority of FAR 6.302-5(b)(4). All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency. The 89th Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole source contract one (1) business day after publication of this notice.
