Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation, HQCE1J428449SC, is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisiton Circular 01-12.. This acquisiton is unrestricted. The U.S.Air Force, 48 Contracting Squadron intends to award a firm fixed price Purchase Order for this schedule of items. SERVICE, NON-PERSONAL: TO FURNISH ALL LABOR, TOOLS, PARTS, MATERIALS AND TRANSPORTATION NECESSARY TO PROVIDE PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE, CALIBRATION AND REPAIRS FOR THE PERIOD 1 OCTOBER 2004 TO 30 SEPTEMBER 2005 FOR THE FOLLOWING: CLIN 0001 PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AND EMERGENCY REPAIR SERVICE ON OUR COMMISSARY REFRIGERATION SYSTEMS. The equipment located at RAF Lakenheath, England. The contractor shall provide preventive and emergency repair maintenance, provide a same day/next day call out service and a manned telephone assistance service. Full Statement of Work available upon request. FAR provision at FAR52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors?Commercial, applies to this RFQ.
