Description

The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command plans to acquire on an other than full and open competitive basis Post Production System Support(PPSS) and Contractor Maintenance (CM) for the Radar Frequency Interferometer (RFI). The Government plans to u tilize a firm-fixed price and time and material contract with one base year and one option year. This is a sole source requirement to Lockheed Martin Systems Integration, 1801 State Route 17C, Owego, New York 13827-3998. LMSI only possesses the technical expertise necessary to perform this requirement. Under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), only one source or a limited number of responsible sources are able to satisfy agency requirements. Interested parties should identify themselves in writing to the Contracting Officer. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
