- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving & Printing (BEP) intends to place an order with Sterling Commerce America, Inc. for a Service Agreement for Connect Direct OS 390 Capacity Server and Connect Direct OS390 MIPS fiscal year 2005. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.106-1. The resulting purchase order shall not exceed the simplified purchase threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.106 shall be used. See numbered note 22.
