Description

The Contracting Office Address is as follows: General Services Administration, Federal Technology Service (FTS)(5T),230 South Dearborn Street, Chicago, IL 60604 The General Services Administration intends to issue a sole source contract to VizuAll, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 through request for quotation number GS05T04BQ0009. The document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect thogu Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-24. Only one responsible source and no other product or services will satisfy agency requirements.This requirement is to procure software and services as follows: (1) One (1) each ScheduAll for WIndows Multi-User Standard Series System (2000/XP); (2) 1 each Annual Maintenance Agreement; (3) 5 days on-site training; and (4) travel. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement. All information received by the close of business, 9/30/04 will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is soley within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
