- Description
- All water used at the CAMSPAC RX site located in Point Reyes, CA is sourced from a well on site. A reverse osmosis system is on site (for water purification) and a chlorine batch tank, which needs maintenance, and monitoring. Vendor will take and record chlorine batch tank readings. Three times per week the vendor will perform chlorine residual checks: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. These findings will be recorded and resulting records kept on site. This will be performed at the utility room sample point. Bacteriological samples will be taken on a quarterly basis. One organic/inorganic sample is to be taken and recorded once per annum. If any positive results are found during sampling, vendor is to notify Coast Guard personnel regarding what is required to maintain equipment. In case of positive results on the fecal coliform and/or total coliform test, vendor will collect resample per California State Law requirements. Once per annum, a Consumer Confidence report, a Health Department report, an Emergency Notification Plan, and Water System Site Plan will be done. USCG point of contact is Mark Rose (415) 669-2117
