- DESCP: See numbered note 26. NSN 2920-01-331-3567, GENERATOR, ENGINE ACCESSORY. THIS GENERATOR'S ALTERNATOR IS BEING SUPPLIED WITHOUT THE PULLEY. USE THE OLD PULLEY FROM THE OLD ALTERNATOR The items are being procured in accordance with code and part numbers listed below: PRESTOLITE ELECTRIC 24975 P/N 8MR3301G DEERE AND CO 9R569 P/N RE28186. The solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Type Contract (IQC) with an estimated yearly quantity of 336 each to be shipped to various stock locations within CONUS. The contract is for the base year and up to 4 option years. The required delivery schedule is for up to 84 each to be delivered within 60 days with an additional 28 each every 30 days thereafter. This requirement is unrestricted and all responsible, offers will be considered. The solicitation will be available on the web after http://dibbs.dsccols.com/Rfp. A written quoted is required to be returned to the address in block 8 of the RFP by the date and time specified, DIBBS quotes are not acceptable. The drawings are posted with the solicitation on the DSCC solicitation web site. If drawing is not posted with the solicitation, see Clause L11D02 Availability of Drawings for information on how to obtain the drawings. Request for drawings should include the RFP number, closing date, and buyer name and number. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of factors as described in the solicitation.
