Description: The United States Government anticipates entering into a sole source procurement with DRS Data and Imaging Systems, Inc., 138 Bauer Drive, Oakland New Jersey 07436-3123 to acquire on an other than full and open competitive basis, five (5) Rocket Pod Adapter Kits to be used on the Apache Helicopter. These items shall be in accordance with attached Statement of Work. This requirement is under the authority and justification of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) based on the determination that the USG needs can only be satisfied by one source. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. See noteS 22 and 26.
