The Industry Day (pre-solicitation conference) which was originally scheduled for 27 October 2004 has been changed to 3 Novembe r 2004 at HQ, AFSC, Rock Island, IL. An announcement will be posted with instructions regarding Industry Day on the website listed below on or before 12 October 2004. As further information is gathered, it will be posted at the website below.
