For the purpose of this announcement, the Federal Government defines a small business as an entity having 500 employees or less, including affiliates. Small businesses must have the ability to provide Midstream Specimen Containers to VA facilities in all 50 States and Puerto Rico. Small businesses will be required to make deliveries to VA facilities within 10-15 days from date of receipt of order. Successful contractors may be required to allow the distribution of awarded products through VA Prime Vendors for delivery to VA facilities. The minimum item(s) description requirements and values are as follows: 1. Single use 2. Puncture Resistant 3. Non-removable Lid 4. Molded Seams-Leak proof 5. Assorted Sizes 6. Wall brackets 7. Unable to retrieve contents 8. Clear ?Fill? Line ? full 9. Horizontal Drop (wall mount) Accommodates 60 ml Syringe with Needle 10. Hardware provided by company 11. Single Hand Operation 12.
