Description

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items, (1) 1 each W424-2 Base System Wire Harness Tester (MFR: Schaffner; P/N ? E420.003); (2) 6 each TK45-A test cards (MFR: Schaffner; P/N ? E400.804); (3) 3 each Double wide Cannon FPM Module (MFR: Schaffner; P/N ? Can FPM); (4) 1 each Optional Four Terminal Measurement (MFR: Schaffner; P/N ? E410.904); (5) 1 each On Location Training; (6) 1 each Upgrade to W424-3 Chassis (MFR: Schaffner; P/N ? E410.003) . This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a writen solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is open to both large and small businesses under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for FE206742470201. FOB: Destination for delivery to SBSS OPS/Central Receiving, 455 Byron St, Bldg 376, Robins AFB, GA 31098. The following numbered notes apply to this acquisition: 22. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors), 52.212-2 (Evaluation-Commercial Items), 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial items), 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items), and 52.212-5 (Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Stautes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items). In accordance with clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be: price and price related factors. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov/ to be considered for award. Submit written offers only, oral offers will not be accepted.
