Description

The purpose of this amendment to Solicitation No. WX3LLP41961515 is to correct CLINs 0013 & 0016, change the basis of award and when the responses/offers are due. CLIN 0013: change Include installation services as described in Option CLIN 0010. t o read Include installation services as described in Option CLIN 0012. CLIN 0016: change Include installation services as described in Option CLIN 0010. to read Include installation services as described in Option CLIN 0012. BASIS FOR AWARD: The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors - Commercial Items (Jan 2004), applies to this acquisition and was addended to add 52.217-3 Evaluation Exclusive of Options. (Apr 1984). However, in the best interest of the governme nt, 52.217-3 is deleted from FAR 52.212-1. Instead, FAR 52.212-1 is addended to add 52.217-4, Evaluation of Options Exercised at Time of Contract Award. (Jun 1988). Responses/Offers are now due by 11:00 AM Hawaii Standard (Local) Time on 30 September 2004.
