J036 ? RENEWAL OF BASE AND FLEET MAINTENANCE SERVICE FOR COPIERS. The U.S. Dept. of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), intends to negotiate with Canon Business Solutions ? Southeast on a sole source basis for base maintenance renewal for a period of one year for copiers and all parts including drums, labor and travel for unlimited service on-site. Fleet maintenance for three (3) iR105s, toner inclusive, 450,000 units covered volume, s/n: MPT02876, MPT02435, MPT02883; overage charges: 400,001; iR110, 400,000 units covered volume, s/n: NSW00033; overage copy charges: 400,001, for a period of one year, with the subject to the availability of FY2005 funds.
