Description

***** UPDATED INFORMATION: The solicitation will be distributed on or about October 6, 2004 through this website. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on or about October 29, 2004. ***** The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a one or more awards for the provision of Pharmacy Technician services and Phlebotomy Technician services to be provided for the inmate population at the Federal Correctional Institution, Manchester, Kentucky. The services will be performed on individuals who are under the custody and care of the Federal Bureau of Prisons within a secure correctional environment. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices and the period of performance consists of a 12-month base period plus four additional 12 month option periods. Contract award(s) will be made to the responsible quoter(s) who submits the most advantageous offer to the Government, based on price, for each required service. The solicitation will be available on or about August 23, 2004 and will be distributed solely through this website. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. All future information concerning the acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through the website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of proposals is on or about September 15, 2004. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code is 621399 and the applicable small business size standard is $6 million. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for small business
