Description: Transit Subsidy Passes The U.S. Department of Justice, United States Trustee Program (USTP) has a continuing requirement to provide transit subsidy checks for the Justice Employee Transit Program in the Washington, DC Metro area and various field offices nation-wide. The EOUST intends to make an award for this continuing requirement in the DC Metro Area to the only known source (Washington Metro Area Transit Authority) on or before Sept. 30, 2004 as a sole source acquisition. Transit Authorityss in other cities have been identified and awards will be made to those public utility authorities on the same basis. The proposed award date for this requirement is on or before Sept. 30, 2004, 2002.
