We can send only one refueler at a time because we currently have three refuelers deployed. 2.) Is the military or other designated activity responsible to deliver and pick-up refuelers upon completion? Contractor will pick-up and deliver refuelers upon completion. 3.) Can the awarded contractor accomplish both items on the base? If so where? No.
