Description: this amendment is to answer questions in regards to the RFQ: Questions for subject RFQ,s. 1.) Will all refuelers be available at the same time? If not how many? We can send only one refueler at a time because we currently have three refuelers deployed. 2.) Is the military or other designated activity responsible to deliver and pick-up refuelers upon completion? We would prefer the contractor pick up the refuelers but if this would increase the price significantly, we would drive the refuelers or have LRS transport the refuelers. 3.) Can the awarded contractor accomplish both items on the base? If so where? No.
