Description

The United States Army Cold Regions Test Center has a requirement for a 6000 pound forklift, with enclosed heated cab, front and rear lights, 2 wheel drive, traction tires and static strip. This requirement is being issued unrestricted. The North Ame rican Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 423830 with a size standard of 500 employees. The complete solicitation with the specifications to include specific size restrictions and tires for cold weather operations will be posted on the Army Contrac ting Agency,Yuma Proving Ground contracting website www.yuma.army.mil/contracting/ on October 1, 2004. All quotes shall be clearly marked with this solicitation number W9124R-04-T-0081 and emailed to Pamela.Nevels@yuma.army.mil or by facsimile to (928) 32 8-6849 no later than 2:00 PM MST on October 6, 2004. The Government intends to award a contract to the responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the solicitation and will be the most advantageous to the Government based on technical specifications and pric e.
