Description

This is a notice of the Governments intent to award sole source (Note 22) to Haemonetics. The action is for the purchase of two ACP-215 systems including 1 glycerolization kit, one de-glycerolization kit, additive solution AS3, one TCD system, an d one box of TCD wafers. This notice is for Walter Reed Army Medical Center, 6900 Georgia Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20307, award number W91YTZ-04-P-1729. Vendors must be FDA-approved for the manufacture, sale, and distribution of their products. Interested parties shall provide detailed information of their capabilities and certifications to clearly meet the requirements stated above. Response (s) may be via email or on company letterhead: include companys name, point of contact, address, phone number, DUN S number, tax ID, business size, and solicitation number.
