Description: The USDA, Agriculture Research Service requires the replacement of an existing pesticide/herbicide filling station at the Appalachian Fruit Research Station, Kearneysville, WV. Base bid requirement requires the removal of an existing 700 sq.ft. concrete filling station to be replaced with a new 950 sq.ft. concrete filling station. Bid Option #1 requires the installation of electric heat tape on the water piping and Option #2 requires the installation of sump pumps and discharge piping for sump pumps installed under the base bid. The ECC is between $100,000 and $250,000 and the project completion is 90 days after receipt of notice to proceed.
