Description
The FAA currently has a requirement for the installation of new heating ventilation air conditioning units at the Portland Air Traffic Control Tower, Portland, ME. The work includes, but is not limited to: Removal and replacement of lined HVAC ductwork, removal of one HVAC unit, installation of three new HVAC units and replacement of the boiler. Total performance time is approximately nine (9) months from the start of construction. Estimated price range: $250,000.00 - $500,000.00. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 11/17/04. There will be a $100.00 charge for plans and specifications.
