Item 0001 NSN 6610-01-307-6363 ? Display Electronics Unit. Material: Display Electronics Unit, Case is aluminum with Circuit Card Assembly and wiring. applicable to the B-1B Aircraft. The total quantities will be for a total of 15 ea as stated on three Contract Line Items. Destination: Tinker Air Force Base OK 73145-3028. Required Delivery Date is November 2005. There are no Qualification requirements on file. New/Unsued Surplus will be considered. The solicitation will contain instructions for obtaining further information on this requirement. The approximate issue/response date will be 20 November 2005. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service or the manufacturer meets Source Approval requirement at time of award, in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1 or 52.209-2. The solicitation identifies the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements and is cited in each individual solicitation. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. Written procedure will be used for this solicitation. No telephone requests. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestors are acceptable. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service, or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. The solicitation identifies the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements as cited in each individual solicitation. It is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the described procurement make contact with the firm(s) listed.
