- Description
- The contractor shall provide all tools, materials, transportation, supervision, and labor, necessary to provide fleet and baggage handling services at the 727 Air Mobility Squadron (AMS), Aerial Port Flight (APF), RAF Mildenhall and RAF Lakenheath, as contained in this Statement of Work (SOW). Service includes, but is not limited to the following: to provide 24-hour dispatch service under operations control; baggage handling to consist of building and weighing baggage pallets, secure, load/unload, and deliver loose and/or palletized passenger baggage; aircraft servicing to consist of providing inventory of all accountable aircraft service items, interior cleaning, passenger comfort service, water service, and wet and dry ice service; catering services that consists of picking up meals, snacks, and beverages from Inflight Kitchen and delivering to/from aircraft; staircase vehicle services that provides staircase vehicle support to all required aircraft; records and reports that consists of providing daily and monthly summery reports, complete and maintain all required files and forms to properly account for and trace all supplies and equipment; and quality control that establishes and maintains a quality control system to ensure professional fleet and baggage handling services are performed. Any aircraft delay directly attributed to the contractor in the above categories will be considered unacceptable performance. Costs attributable to aircraft delay will be negotiated between the government and contractor to determine an acceptable amount.
