Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This solicitation is unrestricted other than full and open competition. Intended sources are Cage 78286 and 97153. Delivery FOB Destination at 226 days ARO. Notes 22 and 26 apply. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation will be awarded a indefinite quantity contract, base plus four option years.
