Description

This is a market survey to locate potential sources for fabrication of the CP-1252C/ASN-128B, Computer Display Unit (CDU) of the AN/ASN-128B, Doppler GPS Navigation Set(DGNS). The government plans to award a 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Qu antity contract with delivery orders for the CP-1252C/ASN-128B, CDU, NSN: 6625-01-399-5513. The base year quantity will be 200 CDUs with additional 50 each of the Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) used in the CP-1252C/ASN-128B, then with another 100 CP-1252C and possible 50 sets of each CCAs over the next five years. The CP-1252C/ASN-128B is a component of the AN/ASN-128B, DGNS used to display navigation and GPS data as well as entering flight information. The end product of the CP-1252C must be compatible with the current existing Signal Data Convert and the Receiver-Transmitter Antenna, which make up a complete DGNS. An award date in Dec 04 is anticipated with a maximum production lead time of 9 months. The government is not in possession of a complete t echnical data package for the AN/ASN-128B.
