Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. FOB Origin. Unrestricted with other than full and open competition. Total quantity for Clin 0001 is 640 each to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001 (parcel post & freight). Total quantity for Clin 0002 is 645 each to Stockton, CA 95296-0130 (parcel post) or Tracy, CA 95376-5000 (freight). Delivery 83 DARO. This is a Flight Critical Safety Item (CSI). The following clauses apply in accordance with DLAD112.304-90(a)(b)(c): 52.211-9005- Conditions for Evaluation and Acceptance of Offers for CSI; 52.11-9006- Changes in contractor Status, Item Acquired and /or manufacturing Process/Facility-CSI; and 52.211-9007- Withholding of Material Review (MRB) Authority- CSI. Issue Date 20 October 04. Solicitation will not be available via the Gateway. This is a letter solicitation request due to the anticipation that an award will be made against a basic ordering agreement. Contact the POC for any inquiries regarding solicitation.
