Description: There are a total of seven sterilization machines to be serviced. Four are Steris-Amsco, Two are Amsco Reliance, and one is a Steris machine. All machine maintenance is in accordance to the statement of work. See the statement of work 650-41-05. Contract period 9 months (Jan 1, 2005 - Sept 30, 2005) with four option years. In the clauses the contractor needs to fill out the representation and certification section to be submitted with the proposal. The contractor must be registered in the CCR prior to award and for the whole duration of the contract.
