- The U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, Philadelphia District, is issuing Request for Quote (RFQ) W912BU-05-T-0002 to overhaul approximately 50 ea., and purchase replacement parts of Alco 251-C diesel engine heads p/n 22200222 located at Ft. Mifflin Distrib ution Center, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Request for Quote (RFQ) Number W912BU-04-T-0101 has been assigned. The solicitation shall be issued on or about 5 October 2004. The NAICS Code is 811310, with a size standard of $6 million dollars. This solici tation is for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Contractors must register on the Internet and download the solicitation package and all amendments from the following address: https://ebs.nap.usace.army.mil. If any information changes during the advertisement period, contractors are responsible to make changes to their user profile on the Internet. Failure to make changes i n their user profile may cause a delay in receiving notice of the solicitation or any amendments. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular, 2001-24. Delivery is required wi thin 6-8 weeks F.O.B Destination to Ft. Mifflin Distribution Center, Philadelphia, PA, after award. The solicitation will be awarded to lowest responsive and responsible offeror. This procurement is set-aside for small business. All responsible sources may submit a quote that shall be considered. The Government will not pay for information received. Please provide standard commercial warranty on parts and services with quote (not less than one (1) year). All contractors are required to be registered i n the DODs Central Contract Register (CCR) before award as required by DFARS 204.7300.
