- NAICS Code: 722320 The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has the following requirement: Rental of Event Space to conduct our Annual OPP Honors Awards Ceremony. Date: 08 December 2004 Time: 8:00 am to 1:00 pm Where: Hotel within walking distance of Crystal Mall 2. Approximate number of attendees: 526. Requirement: Theatre Style seating, 1 standing Podium with light; 2- 8'X18" tables, clothed and skirted in the registration area; 2- 8'X30" tables, on the stage for awards; 1 chair next to podium for person doing sign language; 10 chairs on the stage for guests behind the podium; 1 American flag to the right of the stage. Audio/Visual setup shall include: Full House sound, Podium microphone, Standing microphone and 4 channel mixer. Light refreshments will also be necessary. This procurement will be sole sourced to Crystal City Marriott 1999 Jefferson Davis Highway Arlington, VA 22202.
