- The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has been directed to begin testing an aviation passenger prescreening program that compares airline passenger names against expanded NoFly and Selectee lists to keep known terrorists from flying, and identifies other [potential] terrorists. The program name is Secure Flight. See attached synopsis for instructions on how to obtain the Secure Flight Statement of Work.
