Description

Sources sought to service and maintain NEC NEAX 2400 IPX with Fusion telephone system, Cisco ICS 7750 Voicemail system, various overhead paging systems, and related equipment. This work will include, but is not limited to, providing all parts, tools, labor, and software to service and maintain the systems for the Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 15 Network. Medical Centers are located in Marion, Illinois; Poplar Bluff, Missouri; St. Louis, Missouri; Columbia, Missouri; Kansas City, Missouri; Leavenworth, Kansas; Topeka, Kansas; and Wichita, Kansas. Responsible vendors must provide written proof of certified, trained, and fully competent employees on staff in order to be considered. Vendors must possess all necessary licenses in order to acquire new replacement parts which meet or exceed OEM specifications. Rebuilt, used, or factory second parts are not acceptable. Provide references for work maintaining the same or like systems in either a hospital or large (500 employees or more) business within the past 3 years. No more than five (5) references will be accepted. Only written responses will be accepted. No telephone responses will be accepted. It is anticipated that the contract will be for a base year plus up to four (4) option years.
