Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial maintenance service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitat ion; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Service includes: 2-Emergency calls; 14-Quality Assurance Inspections; monthly exchange of prefilters by WAMC personnel provided by contractor;annual exchange of vent filter s; quarterly exchange of carbon and resin tanks;annual replacement of membrane;written service report w/each service. Supplies furnished by contractor for annual change out include: 12 Carbon tank 8X44 exchange;12Deionizer 89X44 1st Mixed Bed exchange; 1 m embrane CA 700 GPD 4X25;12 Filter 20X5 Micron Hytrex;1 Filter .2 Micron air capsule
