The solicitation N68836-04-T-0281 is hereby amended to clarify quantity and dates of requirements: *50 ea (approx) double occupancy rooms Friday and Saturday nights (1400 ea per yr.) *6 ea (approx) single occupancy rooms Friday and Saturday nights (144 ea per yr.) for the following dates: 03&04 Dec 2004, 07&08 Jan 2005, 04&05 Feb 2005, 04&05 Mar 2005, 01&2 Apr 2005, 06&07 May 2005, 03&04 Jun 2005, 08&09 July 2005, 05&06 Aug 2005,09&10 Sep 2005, 07&08 OCT 2005, 04&05 NOV 2005. *5ea double occupancy rooms Friday and Saturday nights (30 ea per year) will be required for the following dates: 18&19 Mar 2005, 17&18 Jun 2005 and 23&24 Sep 2005. Estimated total number of rooms for the period 03 Dec 04 through 05 November 2005 is 1374. The period of performance for entire contract is 01 Dec 2004 through 30 Nov 2005. Revised proposals shall be sent to Dolores.butler@navy.mil or via FAX (904) 542-1098 NLT 2 P.M. EST 08 Oct 2004. This extends the submission due date 24 hours to allow for revised proposals.
