Description

OPM Center for Investigation intends to enter into a follow-on service and maintenance agreement (SMA) for full coverage (24 hour) with Bell and Howell. The SMA is for the following mailroom equipment: Bell and Howell mailroom equipment - Mailstar 775 (service ID#40970A, S/N:48-2553) includes software Jetstar3000 1st class Winsort sub. (tag# 41982A-F, SN:128840-F). Interested parties must be within a fifty mile radius of the facility location, be authorized and certified by the manufacturer to service the equipment, and pass a federal contractor background investigation. Interested parties that believe they can meet these requirements must submit complete information that demonstrates their ability to meet all the requirements stated above and representative pricing for providing these services. Parties must submit information within ten days of publication of this notice. This is not a request for quotations but rather, a notice to determine if other sources that can meet the Government's requirements.
