Description

THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items, prepared in accordance with the format at FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with information in this notice. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued, a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is being conducted with commercial procedures as outlined at FAR 12 and in conjunction with FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All potential offeror must be Central Contractor Registered (CCR). The closing date is October 12, 2004, Time: 0800, Pacific Time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF WORK TO BE PERFORMED: To provide NSW Snipers during Unit Level Training, a final course of instruction that will culminate all of their sniper skills into 360 degrees live fire rural sniper scenarios. Bull Hill Ranch (BHR) will provide food, lodging and use of land for two (2), eight night and seven day training blocks. One training block will be conducted in October 16, 2004 and the second training block will be conducted in April 9, 2005. The total number of personnel covered under this solicitation is 18 personnel each block training.
