Description: This is Amendment One (1) to combined synopsis/solicitation Request for Quotation #RFQ 69D-99-05 entitled "Medical Supply Technician Services". This is to notify potential offerors that the Service Contract Act applies to this procurement. Wage Determination 1994-2167, Revision 27, dated June 22, 2004 is hereby incorporated into this solicitation. Under FAR Clause 52.212-5 paragraphs (c)(1), (c)(2), and (c)(5) apply. The Employee Class and Monetary Wage-Fringe Benefits statement required by FAR 52.222-42 is Medical Supply Technician, $15.46 per hour plus 25% fringe benefits. Offers are still requested as soon as possible but no later than October 15, 2004. A separate written solicitation document will not be issued.
