- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared under the authority of FAR 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items and in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W91CRB-05-T-0002. Requirement is for Electron Tube TWT for the Firefinder Radar System. CLIN 0001, Electron tube TWT, NSN 5960-01-076-9930, P/N 390567, 8 EA. Drawings and specifications are N OT available for this requirement. This is a Foreign Military Sales Requirement, FMS Case IN-B-UMJ; purchase request USASAC4259X044. Delivery terms are F.O.B. Destination. Quote prices should include delivery charges. Ship to: MCLB Warehouse 405 West E nd Barstow, CA 92311-5050. Offerors must provide a delivery schedule with their proposal. Desired delivery date for all 8 items is within 10 months, however, offerors are encouraged to propose alternate delivery schedules if the 10 month complete delive ry cannot be met. At least one unit MUST be delivered no later than 28 Feb 05. Partial shipments are acceptable. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2 applies to this acqu isition. Offers will be evaluated based on price and delivery schedule. While delivery is more important than price, award will be made to the offeror that provides the best delivery schedule for the best price. A completed copy of the provision at 52.2 12-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, must be provided with offers. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
