Description

This 100% Small Business Set-aside solicitation is for a 5 year IDIQ Requirements contract for the following spare parts to the M9 Pistol: NOUN: Lever, Disassembly: NSN: 1005-01-204-4348, P/N: 9346445; NOUN: Button, Disassembly, NSN: 1005-01-204-434 9; PN: 9346446; and NOUN: Pin, Shoulder, NSN: 5315-01-236-0340, PN: 12556375. Guaranteed quantities: 2,300 each Lever, Disassembly; 1,900 each Button, Disassembly; 15,000 each Pin, Shoulder. Lever, Disassembly is manufactured from steel bar, alloy 4320 o r 43L20 per ASTM A29 or investment casting per MIL-C-22141. Size is approximately 12.65mm x 12.15mm x 25.15mm. Button, Disassembly is manufactured from cold, drawn steel alloy 8640 per ASTM A29, grain size 5-8. Size is approximately 4.96mm x 10mm x 24.5 mm. Pin, Shoulder is manufactured from cold rolled steel bar, alloy 4320 or 43L20 per ASTM A29 or alloy 4320H per ASTM A304. Size is approximately 2.9mm in diameter x 21.8mm long. FOB is Destination with delivery schedules to be included in the solicita tion. Estimated issue date is 25 October 2004. The solicitation will incorporate a Technical Data Package (TDP) for these items which will be viewed with the solicitation via the internet. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance wit h FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTIO N: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or pr oposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
