PRON: AX4J0151AX, NSN: 1615-01-029-4913, PN: 212-010-311-101, 304 each, plus two 100% options, applicable to the UH-1 Airframe, with deliveries to Secaucus, NJ 07094-1617, Lawrence, NY 11559-1022 and Linden, NJ 07036-3564. This item is restricte d to Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., Cage Code 97499, because the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed or otherwise obtained. Production Lead-time wi th First Article Testing is 304 each, 135 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 304 each, 90 DACA. Production Lead-time with Alternate II Clause is 304 each 113 DACA. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation requirements. The closing date annotated is an estimated d ate and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respecti ve embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition.
