Description
The Unmanned Ground Vehicles JPO is searching for sources that have a Web based Supply Chain Management software package. The package should be certified to run on the Navy Marine Corps Internet System, be approved by SPAWAR and meet the requirement s listed in the following narrative. All interested parties should submit documents describing their off-the-shelf software and be willing to schedule a demonstration that will be conducted at the JPO located at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama. A test document will be provided to allow vendors to review the goals of the demonstration. The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify companies that have these capabilities. The government will not assume any cost for the demonstration and w ill not reimburse the contractors for their expenses. This is a Sources Sought Notice only. The Unmanned Ground Vehicles JPO has a need for a web-based Supply Chain Management solution for current deployed unmanned Ground Vehicles and future systems. Thi s system is required to be Section 508 compliant, Navy Logistics FAM approved and certified to operate on the Navy Marine Corps Internet System. The system shall be designed around ORACLE or Microsoft SQL Database. WEB enabled is defined as having been u sed in a proven Government WEB site. The system will be scalable and the user will have the capability to configure the system to include, but not limited to, row view, edit, and delete functions. The user site should have limitations so as to not delete required fields. The system should be Open Architecture to allow other databases to be linked to tables within the system. The systems shall be able to generate Ad Hoc reports as well as EXCEL spreadsheets. On-Line viewing shall include column selectio ns, restrictions and sorts. The capability to create and maintain a shopping catalog, shopping cart, and on-line order approval by line item is required. The system shall also have the capability to generate the DD 1149 and show the status. The requirem ent includes the ability to view the shipping status and receipt status once products have been delivered. The database shall be able to track and transfer items via serial numbers from site to stock and include WEB enabled integrated maintenance manageme nt system and failure analysis management. Field personnel shall have the capability to enter trouble reporting issues, trouble calls, corrective and preventive actions and enter failures. The system shall also be able to store all documents, ECPs, drawi ngs and training records for the operators and maintainers. The system shall also be required to provide metrics and reports, to include, but not limited to, failure trend analysis Ad Hoc reporting, funded status and obligation, transportation tracking da ta and MTTR.
